While we love all our nieces, nephews and younger cousins dearly, Mount Stephen Hall has very limited seating capacity and can only accommodate our adult guests. So you may want to consider this as an opportunity for a "Rocky Mountain Getaway" without the children. For those that do not have alternate child care, we will be arranging for babysitting services and a child-friendly meal in the Oak Room (adjacent to Mount Stephen Hall) during the Dinner Reception. Cost per child is $60 payable in cash directly to the babysitters when your child arrives at the Dinner Reception. Babysitting services are being offered from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm. You may also want to check with the hotel you are staying at to see if child care is available. Children are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony at St George's-in-the-Pines and are welcome to join the Dance which will follow the Dinner Reception at around 9:30 pm. Please indicated in your RSVP email if you will be requiring babysitting services in the Oak Room and for how many children and the age of the children. |
